This agreement is made between Mahj080 ("Company") and "Renter" for the rental of American Mahjong tiles, dice, racks, lamp, NMJL cards, tablecloth, and mat (the "Supplies"). Condition of Supplies: The Renter agrees to return the Supplies in the same condition as when received. Any damage or loss of the Supplies will result in additional fees, as outlined. Late Return: The Renter agrees to return the Supplies by the agreed-upon return date. Late returns will incur a fee of $20 per day. Fees for Damage or Loss: If any Supplies are damaged or lost, the Renter agrees to pay the full replacement cost, as determined by the Company, up to $450. Acceptance: By agreeing, the Renter acknowledges understanding and acceptance of the terms outlined in this agreement.
